Clement Teo
Clement is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years of regional experience across Asia-Pacific in Customer Service, Operations, Training, and Process & Quality Management. He has performed large-scale transformations in service delivery, overseeing teams of over 5,000 full-time employees and managing P&L exceeding US$5 million.
His expertise spans across customer experience strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation - including Contact Centre strategy, CRM and omni-channel deployment, and end-to-end customer journey design. He brings a deep understanding of the service value chain and leverage customer data for meaningful insights and continuous improvement.
Known for a people-centric leadership style, Clement has successfully driven organizational change through balanced, empathetic approaches while achieving strong business outcomes. He brings strong expertise in Design Thinking principles, using creative, user-centred problem-solving techniques to foster innovation and achieve business goals.
Coupled with a sound foundation in Change Management, he supports individuals and teams in navigating complex transitions and building adaptive, forward-looking cultures.
