Founded by Clement Teo, a seasoned regional executive with over 20 years of Asia-Pacific leadership experience, ACTS brings together strategic business understanding and a deeply human approach to growth. Clement has spearheaded service and cultural transformation initiatives, led diverse regional teams, and is recognised for his empathy, curiosity, and clarity of purpose.
Through ACTS, Clement brings this same leadership philosophy into his coaching practice - helping clients uncover their intrinsic strengths, navigate complexity with confidence, and build trust within themselves and their teams. His coaching approach integrates Design Thinking principles, change management expertise, and human-centred leadership to support both personal and organizational transformation.
