The Way I Work
Every coaching conversation begins with trust.
I believe people do their best thinking when they feel safe, respected and free to be themselves. My hope is to create that kind of space — one where you can speak openly, reflect honestly and explore whatever is most important to you without fear of judgement.
The way I work is guided by a few simple principles.
Confidentiality
What we discuss in coaching remains confidential, creating a space where you can speak openly and honestly.
Respect
Every person brings their own experiences, values and perspective. My role is not to judge or direct, but to meet you where you are with openness, curiosity and respect.
Working Together
Coaching works best when there is openness, trust and a shared commitment to the process.
I'll bring my full attention, curiosity and support to every conversation.
All I ask is that you bring a willingness to reflect honestly, explore what matters most to you and remain open to new perspectives.
From there, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
Professional Practice
I'm committed to continually learning, reflecting on my own coaching practice and growing as a coach, so that I can better support the people I have the privilege of working with.
Coaching is built on trust.
My commitment is to create a space where you feel heard, respected and supported throughout our conversations.
Alongside that commitment, I follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and Core Competencies, providing a professional framework for every coaching relationship.
Above all else, my hope is that you'll experience the values that sit at the heart of ACTS - Authentic, Curious, Trustworthy and Supportive.
